Pilates has many benefits, including counteracting age-related changes in the musculoskeletal system, postural dysfunctions, reduced gait cycle, and loss of balance control and stability. Working to increase strength, range of motion, balance, muscular symmetry, flexibility and proprioception, pilates-based exercises are known to be beneficial to rehabilitative clients as well as older adults.

Created by professionals for professionals, the STOTT PILATES® repertoire consists of more than 500 systematic mat and equipment-based exercises. Used by sports teams, health professionals and fitness facilities around the world, the equipment at our studio is superior in design and crafted by the highest level in it's industry. At our studio you will find the Pilates reformer, chair, cadillac, barrels and some smaller equipment for use at all levels. Each session will focus on form and technique, ensuring optimal musculoskeletal performance - strength, flexibility and endurance - without risking injury or building bulk.

The art of contrology proves that the only real guide to your true age lies not in years or how you THINK you feel but as you ACTUALLY are as infallibly indicated by the degree of natural and normal flexibility enjoyed by your spine throughout life.
