CYCED UP CORE! 

High-energy and dynamic, Cyced Up & Cyced Up Core integrate elements of cardiovascular and total body fitness as you perform hill climbs, sprints & much more to fun and motivating song choreography.    Cyced Up Core! will incorporate a 10 minute abdominal intensive portion after your 45 minute cycling session.  


TRX Suspension Training

TRX ® offers a unique exercise method that develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.  By leveraging gravity against your own body weight, this Navy SEALs developed training method allows you to choose the level of challenge by adjusting your body position to add or decrease resistance.

Pilates

Our instructors are exclusively trained in STOTT PILATES ®, the world leader in the Pilates industry. Respected by fitness and health practitioners worldwide, STOTT PILATES ® mind-body exercise builds on the essence and principals of the late Joseph H. Pilates' work by incorporating modern knowledge about the body.

Yoga

Many people think that yoga is just stretching. But while stretching is certainly involved, yoga is really about creating balance in the body and the mind through developing strength, flexibility and mental clarity. Announcing our new addition to our class lineup, FitCamp!  We are thrilled to bring this now as a regularly scheduled class every Sunday at 4pm!  We welcome all ages from teen through adults with developmental delays to sign-up and get fit!
